When You get your hair dyed and some dye on your scalp is, whats the best way to get it off?

I got my hair toned today, and It has left some blackish gray dye on my scalp, I tried water and soap to get rid of it. Has anyone had past experience with this? If so, can you hlep me get rid of it?
